Senior Sales Consultant

Nesta posição, você será responsável por desenvolver clientes estratégicos dos canais Farma e Online, impulsionando vendas, rentabilidade e participação de mercado.

Sua função:

Gerenciar e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes estratégicos, acompanhando vendas para o cliente e para o consumidor final, rentabilidade e participação de mercado.
Construir e executar planos de negócio com os clientes, identificando oportunidades por meio de campanhas promocionais, ações sazonais, lançamentos e iniciativas de trade marketing.
Analisar tendências de mercado, resultados de vendas, indicadores-chave de desempenho e comportamento do consumidor para gerar recomendações estratégicas.
Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finanças e Customer Service, liderando projetos e mobilizando as áreas envolvidas.
Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com os principais stakeholders dos clientes, conduzindo negociações comerciais e identificando oportunidades de crescimento e expansão.

Você combina com a posição se:

Possui experiência comprovada em Vendas ou Gestão Comercial nos canais Farma e Online.
Tem experiência com grandes redes do canal Farma, como RaiaDrogasil, Drogaria São Paulo, Panvel, São João, Pague Menos ou similares, além de plataformas como Amazon, Mercado Livre e Shopee.
Possui perfil analítico e habilidade para acompanhar indicadores, avaliar campanhas promocionais e utilizar dados para gerar insights de negócio.
Tem formação superior completa em Administração, Marketing, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
Possui inglês avançado, excelente comunicação, capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal, além de disponibilidade para viagens.
Experiência com retail media e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial será considerada um diferencial.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
