Asegurar el plan de inspección de calidad establecido y las tareas de turno, analizar los resultados de las inspecciones y pruebas e informar a tiempo para soportar la toma de decisiones con la calidad y oportunidad requerida, siguiendo los estándares definidos por la compañía.
Funciones:
1. Ejecutar las pruebas y tomar las muestras de acuerdo con el plan de muestreo.
2. Interpretar y comunicar los resultados de las pruebas y evaluaciones del plan de muestreo a los responsables de producción y de calidad.
3. Evaluación, aprobación y liberación de productos conformes a la bodega de producto terminado.
4. Rechazo del producto no conforme y generación de reporte.
5. Monitorear la calidad de los productos en la línea de producción y en cada etapa específicas de producción.
Requisitos:
- Técnico/DeseableTecnólogo en Alimentos, análisis químicos/físicos, industrial, químicao carreras afines
- + 1 de experiencia en cargos similares
