Objetivo del cargo

Mantenimiento integral de los equipos para lograr el 0 (cero) breakdowns y reducir las paradas menores a su mínima expresión. Todo implica mantener los equipos en condiciones básicas de funcionamiento. Mantenimiento basado en la mejora: analizar e implementar las mejoras luego de aprobadas para incrementar la OEE de los equipos resultando también una reducción de costos.

Principales responsabilidades

Gestión del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo anual.
Planificación de mantenimiento
Ejecutar Mantenimiento Correctivo en equipos, instalaciones y edificios.
Gestión de proyectos de inversión
Responsable de la aplicación de mantenimiento correctivo cuando la situación lo demanda
Responsable de suministrar a las distintas áreas de la Planta los servicios requeridos para su funcionamiento
Asegurar la implementación de las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de los estándares requeridos por RedBook.
Velar por el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos identificados como críticos para la gestión de medio ambiente de la planta

UMS: Conoce la metodología y cumple los estándares del pilar de PM para UMS.

Co-Lider del pilar de FI (Mejora Enfocada) para la metodología UMS.

Conocimientos requeridos

Profesional graduado de Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
Nivel de inglés: Intermedio.
Manejo de Excel: Avanzado Conocimientos de Estándares Específicos de RedBook

Experiencia requerida

Se valorará tener buenos conocimientos de Inspecciones de Equipos y técnicas de mantenimiento preventivo.
Experiencia previa en Mantenimiento.
