Propósito del puesto:

Brindar atención personalizada a expositores participantes en el programa de citas de negocios, asegurando el correcto registro, seguimiento y ejecución de las reuniones con compradores estratégicos, para garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del evento.

Responsabilidades principales:

Gestión del registro de expositores:

Validar la inscripción de expositores en el programa de citas de negocios.
Asegurar la correcta captura de información en plataformas digitales (perfiles, productos, intereses).

Coordinación de agendas:

Generar y confirmar agendas de citas entre expositores y compradores.
Resolver ajustes y cambios solicitados por las partes involucradas.

Comunicación y seguimiento:

Atender dudas y brindar soporte a expositores sobre el funcionamiento del programa.
Enviar recordatorios y materiales informativos previos al evento.

Soporte durante el evento:

Supervisar la operación del área de citas de negocios en sitio.
Asegurar que las reuniones se realicen conforme a lo programado.

Reporte y análisis:

Elaborar reportes de participación y resultados del programa.
Detectar áreas de mejora para optimizar la experiencia en futuras ediciones.

Competencias requeridas:

Organización y gestión del tiempo.
Comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente.
Manejo de plataformas digitales y herramientas de agenda.

Resolución de problemas y trabajo bajo presión.
