As a Core Gen AI / Generative AI Architect you will shape client-focused generative AI solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, translating business needs into design choices that support data science, model development, and solution delivery. As a Director you will set strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and guide multiple client engagements while developing leaders, cultivating new ideas, and advancing responsible use of technology across the PwC Network. In this role at PwC, you will help define architecture approaches, guide cross-functional teams, and bring together data, analytics, and AI capabilities to support informed decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Setting strategic direction for generative AI architecture across client engagements and identifying opportunities to scale solutions
- Leading design of Gen AI platforms, reference architectures, and cognitive automation patterns aligned to client business goals
- Advising executives on AI roadmap choices, operating models, governance structures, and adoption planning
- Driving business development activities by shaping pursuits, proposals, and solution narratives for AI transformation work
- Guiding solution design across data pipelines, model integration, deployment patterns, and digital tooling for enterprise use cases
- Overseeing multidisciplinary delivery teams across multiple workstreams while coordinating timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Translating complex analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts into practical client recommendations
- Advancing responsible AI practices, model lifecycle controls, and data quality methods across solution design
- Developing thought leadership, new service offerings, and innovative approaches for generative AI and automation
- Coaching emerging leaders and building team capability in AI fluency, system design, and client delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 16 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- Demonstrating Generative AI architecture experience across enterprise environments
- Leading client discussions on AI strategy, delivery, and adoption planning
- Translating business needs into scalable AI solution designs
- Applying data science, machine learning, and NLP methods
- Mentoring teams while shaping thought leadership and market opportunities
