Melakukan monitoring aktivitas operasional CPC secara harian.
Melakukan input dan update data transaksi cash processing ke dalam sistem.
Memeriksa kelengkapan dan kesesuaian dokumen transaksi.
Melakukan monitoring status penerimaan, proses, dan penyelesaian cash processing.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara data sistem, dokumen, dan hasil transaksi.
Monitoring dan follow-up terhadap transaksi pending, discrepancy, shortage/overage, dan exception.
Membuat laporan operasional CPC secara daily, weekly, dan monthly.
Melakukan kontrol terhadap kelengkapan dokumen serah terima dan transaksi cash.
Berkoordinasi dengan CPC Operations, Vault, Cash Management, Transport, Finance, dan unit terkait.
Melakukan follow-up terhadap kendala operasional dan melakukan eskalasi kepada Supervisor apabila diperlukan.
Membantu proses stock opname, reconciliation, audit, dan pemeriksaan dokumen.
Memastikan seluruh data dan dokumen transaksi tersimpan dengan baik dan mudah ditelusuri.
Menjaga kerahasiaan data transaksi dan informasi terkait cash processing.
Memastikan aktivitas administrasi sesuai dengan SOP, security procedure, compliance, dan internal control.
Membantu proses improvement administrasi dan monitoring CPC.
Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Supervisor/Manager CPC sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
