Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述：

Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO.订单录入：根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统，并确保订单信息正确。
Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan. 追货：帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期。
Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款。
Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department. 发货：安排发货事宜。
System: Maintain sales system.定期维护销售系统。
Report: Maintain CSR report.定期维护CSR相关报表。
Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求。

REQUIREMENTS任职要求：

Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科学历，英语或商务相关专业优先。
More than 1~2 years CSR related experience.1~2年以上客户服务相关经验优先。
Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英语读写及口语能力。
Good computer skills: Excel, Word. 良好的计算机办公技能。
Detail orientated and professional. 注重细节并保持专业素质。
Able to work under owns initiative.能够独立开展工作。
