Customer Service Representative
Ons team in Dordrecht heeft momenteel een opening voor een Customer Service Representative
ROL EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste customer service medewerker. In jouw rol werk je servicegericht en is een goed relatiebeheer met de klant van groot belang. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en de sales buitendienst voor chemische commodities. Alle vragen van klanten over producten, logistieke- en commerciële afspraken komen in eerste instantie bij jou terecht en probeer je te beantwoorden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele orderafwikkeling vanaf binnenkomst tot de input van de order in SAP tot uitlevering van de order. Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Manager maar vormt ook een hecht team met je binnendienst en buitendienst collega’s.
JOUW PROFIEL
- Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een administratieve, logistieke of commerciële richting en hebt relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie. Schoolverlaters met de juiste werkhouding zijn ook welkom
- Je bent een expert in data input en orderverwerking en werken met SAP en diverse MS Office toepassingen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
- Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig, service minded, communicatief, innovatief, stressbestendig en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team zeer resultaatgericht werken
- Je bent hands-on, commercieel gedreven en straalt positivisme en energie uit en weet zo alle problemen van je klanten en collega’s met een glimlach op te lossen
- Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als in het Engels
