Als Customer Service Specialist – Pricing & Analytics verbindest du Datenanalyse, Pricing und Kundenfokus.
Du bist wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Key Accounts und internen Teams – und sorgst dafür, dass aus Daten klare, fundierte Entscheidungen entstehen.

🚀 Deine Aufgaben
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Preisen, Konditionen und Margen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Preisstruktur
- Erstellung von Reports und Ableitung relevanter Business Insights
- Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Key Accounts mit datenbasierten Argumenten
- Mitarbeit an Pricing- und Prozessprojekten
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität

⭐ Das bringst du mit
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Controlling)
- Erfahrung im Customer Service, Pricing oder Analytics
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Freude an datengetriebenem Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Power BI von Vorteil)
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Dir eine professionelle Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
