Ключові завдання

• Координувати внутрішні та міжнародні перевезення вантажів.
• Підтримувати імпортно-експортні операції та процеси митного оформлення.
• Взаємодіяти з перевізниками, експедиторами, митними брокерами та іншими логістичними партнерами.
• Контролювати статус поставок і своєчасно вирішувати питання, що можуть впливати на терміни доставки.
• Забезпечувати підготовку та перевірку логістичної документації.
• Підтримувати точність даних у внутрішніх системах та звітності.
• Брати участь у впровадженні ініціатив з покращення логістичних процесів та підвищення ефективності операцій.

Вимоги:

• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні від B1 або вище (впевнена розмовна англійська).
• Вища освіта у сфері логістики, міжнародної торгівлі, економіки або суміжних напрямках - буде перевагою.
• Досвід роботи у сфері логістики, транспортування або імпортно-експортних операцій від 1-2 років.
• Впевнене користування Microsoft Office, зокрема Excel.
• Досвід роботи в SAP або інших ERP-системах буде перевагою.
• Розвинені організаційні та комунікаційні навички.
• Уважність до деталей та здатність ефективно працювати в динамічному середовищі.
