StrategischeWeiterentwicklung:Sieentwickelndie Roadmap für das CDC undharmonisierenregulatorischeAnforderungen(NIS-2, ISO 27001), Business-BedürfnisseundtechnologischeInnovationenzueinerklarenStrategie.

Dokumentation& Reporting:Siesorgenfüreinelückenlose,revisionssichereDokumentationundetabliereneinaussagekräftigesKPI-Reporting (z. B. MTTD/MTTR), um dieLeistungsfähigkeitdes CDCgegenüberdem Management transparentdarzustellen.

Incident ManagementKoordination:AlsübergeordneterIncident ManagerstellenSie inkritischenLagen diestrukturierteAbarbeitunggemäßNotfallplansicher–ohnesichimtechnischenDetailzuverlieren.
