本ポジションの主な職務：
Clinical Territory Associate（CTA）は、Clinical Sales Manager（CSM）および担当営業チームと連携し、担当エリアに
おけるロボット手術プログラムの拡大と、ダビンチサージカルシステムの安全かつ効果的な活用を支援するポジションです。
役割と責務：
主な業務は以下の通りです。
- 製品デモンストレーションの実施
- インサービストレーニングの実施
- 顧客向けトレーニングの実施
- 症例関連サポート
- 営業活動に付随する各種業務サポート
担当施設において、医療従事者への継続的な支援を通じてダビンチサージカルシステムの適正使用および稼働率向上に貢献するとともに、担当エリアにおけるロボット手術の普及拡大を推進します。
また、本ポジションでは、これらの実務経験を通じて、当社のビジネス、製品および臨床に関する専門性を高め、Clinical Sales領域におけるさらなる成長機会につなげていくことができます。
スキル・経験・教育・トレーニング・勤務条件：
- 学士号以上
- 最低１年間の営業経験、もしくは１年以上の医療従事者またはヘルスケア業界での経験があれば尚可
- 目標の設定と達成実績
- 熱意と確固とした労働倫理
- エナジーにあふれ、ペースの早い環境で活躍できる能力
- 優れた対人スキルと説得力のあるコミュニケーションスキル
- チームの一員として効果的に業務を遂行する能力
- 必要に応じて出張、夜間および休日勤務が可能な方
- MS Office(Excel/Word/PPT) 基礎的な知識を有していること
- 日本語ネイティブないしN1相当レベル
- 英語力があれば尚可

入社後、約5週間のテクニカルキャストを終了後現場への配属となります。

- 初任地に関してご希望に添える形で応相談。ただし、将来的な転勤の可能性あり。
- 社用車が支給され、自宅を「ホームオフィス」とする直行直帰が基本。
- 必要に応じて出張、夜間、および休日勤務が可能な方

給与
基本給＋インセンティブ＋RSU（譲渡制限付株式ユニット）
年１回業績や行動評価による昇給あり、明確なインセンティブプランあり。
