วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) รับผิดชอบการให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ ตามมาตรฐานและแนวทางของบริษัท เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้าทุกคน พร้อมสนับสนุนการเพิ่มยอดขายของร้าน ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) การให้บริการลูกค้า • ต้อนรับลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม และมีมารยาทที่ดี • ให้บริการลูกค้าตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐานที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรม สร้างความพึงพอใจ 100% • แนะนำสินค้าและโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการขายให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย • สอบถามและรับฟังความคิดเห็นของลูกค้า เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการ • เชื้อเชิญให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการในครั้งต่อไปด้วยความจริงใจ การตรวจสอบและส่งมอบสินค้า • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน ก่อนเสิร์ฟให้ลูกค้าทุกครั้ง • ส่งมอบอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันเวลา • ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์บริการก่อนเริ่มกะ การรักษาความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย • ดูแลบริเวณที่รับผิดชอบให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยและมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนพร้อมบริการตลอดเวลา • ดูแลรักษาเครื่องแต่งกายและความสะอาดส่วนบุคคลให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท • ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและสุขอนามัยของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด การดำเนินงานทั่วไป • ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเคร่งครัด • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา • สรุปยอดการขายประจำวันและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (Job Specifications) การศึกษา (Education): มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (ม.3) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์ (Experience): ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) คุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ: • มีใจรักงานบริการ ยิ้มแย้ม กระฉับกระเฉง และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี • มีความรับผิดชอบและซื่อสัตย์ต่อหน้าที่ • สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี • สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (6 วัน/สัปดาห์) รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ • มีใบรับรองการอบรมผู้สัมผัสอาหาร (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
