  • Build and leverage AI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis products or projects.
  • Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and implement best practices for data governance while creating data products.
  • Prepare clear and concise summaries, presentations, and recommendations based on formulary and access analytical findings.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in pharma market access, payer analytics, formulary/access data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on working experience with MMIT datasets/platforms.
  • Solid understanding of the U.S. payer landscape — Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, PBMs, and Formulary mechanics.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Databricks is preferable.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense).
  • Leverage AI in day-to-day work — including documenting processes, developing and training AI agents, automating repetitive tasks, and effective presentation of insights — to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex formulary/access insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Experience with a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
