Role Summary

The Data Provisioning Lead is responsible for translating business demand into governed data products that enable analytics, AI, and business decision-making.

This role acts as the bridge between Business, IT, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Platform teams to ensure timely delivery of secure, high-quality, and compliant data products.

Key Responsibilities

Data Product Management

· Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of data product demand.

· Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.

· Drive adoption and business value realization of data products.

· Manage a portfolio of data products across multiple business domains.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

· Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder alignment.

· Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and escalations.

· Promote strong collaboration across IT and business functions.

Delivery Leadership

· Coordinate Data Engineers, Architects, Governance, and Platform teams.

· Lead delivery from ideation through deployment and adoption.

· Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, and quality objectives are achieved.

· Support resource planning and demand orchestration.

Governance & Quality

· Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

· Drive metadata, lineage, ownership, and stewardship practices.

· Support implementation of data quality controls and monitoring.

Enablement

· Coach and enable domain teams in data product development.

· Drive adoption of standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.

· Promote a data product-centric operating model.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Engineering, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or Product Management.

· Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Jira / Agile Delivery

· Data Analytics and Data Product Management

· Effective orchestration of business and technical teams.

· This is a Senior lead role with enterprise-wide influence, responsible for a portfolio of strategic data products, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and driving data product excellence across the organization.
