- Ensuretheavailability,performance,andstabilityofERM'scoreSQLdatabaseenvironmentandbusinessintelligenceplatforms.
- Supportandoptimizecriticalbusinesssystems,includingERM'sfinanceplatformandenterprise-widereportingsolutions.
- Enabledata-drivendecision-makingbymaintainingtrusted,accessible,andhigh-performingdataassets.
- Driveimprovementsindatabasearchitecture,dataintegration,analyticscapabilities,andreportingsolutions.
- PartnerwithteamsacrossITandthewiderbusinesstodeliverinnovative,scalabletechnologysolutions.
- ContributetotheevolutionofERM'smoderndataplatformstrategy,leveragingMicrosoftFabric,PowerBI,andadvancedanalyticstechnologies.
WhatYou'llBring
Required
- 5+yearsofexperienceasaDatabaseAdministrator,DataEngineer,BIEngineer,orsimilarrole.
- AdvancedexpertiseinMicrosoftSQLServerandrelatedtechnologies.
- StrongproficiencyinSQL,storedprocedures,functions,views,queryoptimization,anddatabaseperformancetuning.
- Experiencewithdatabasedesign,schemadevelopment,logicalandphysicaldatamodelling.
- Strongunderstandingofquerylanguagesandanalyticstechnologies,includingSQL,MDX,DAX,PowerQuery(M),andPostgreSQL.
- Experiencebuilding,maintaining,andoptimizingETL/ELTprocessesusingSSIS,AzureDataFactory,MicrosoftFabric,orequivalenttools.
- Hands-onexperiencedevelopingandsupportingPowerBIsolutions,includingPowerBIDesktopandPowerBIService.
- Experiencecreatingandmaintaininganalyticsdatapipelinesthatsupportreporting,insights,andoperationaldecision-making.
- KnowledgeofMicrosoftFabricarchitecture,includingOneLake,Lakehouses,Warehouses,Pipelines,andNotebooks.
- Understandingofbusinessintelligencebestpractices,includingdimensionalmodelling,datawarehousing,anddatagovernance.
- Experiencesupportingmission-criticalsystemswithastrongfocusonuptime,stability,andserviceexcellence.
- WorkingknowledgeofWindowsServerenvironmentsandnetworkingfundamentals.
- Experienceoperatingwithinregionalorglobalorganizations.
- Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantfieldorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.

- ExperienceworkingwithSSRS,ReportBuilder,andotherreportingtechnologies.
- Knowledgeofcloud-baseddataarchitecturesandmodernanalyticsplatforms.

- ExposuretoservicemanagementorITIL-alignedsupportenvironments.
- Experiencementoringcolleaguesandcontributingtotechnicalcapabilitydevelopmentwithinateam.
- CertificationsinMicrosoftSQLServer,PowerBI,Fabric,AzureData,orrelatedtechnologies.
KeyResponsibilities
EnsureAvailabilityofCriticalDataPlatforms
- ActasthesubjectmatterexpertforSQLServerdatabases,businessintelligenceplatforms,andsupportingback-endsystems.
- Maintainmaximumuptime,performance,reliability,andsecurityacrossenterprisedatabaseenvironments.
- Monitor,troubleshoot,andresolvedatabase-relatedincidents,performanceissues,andservicedisruptions.
- Participateinon-callandoccasionalout-of-hourssupporttomaintainbusiness-criticalservices.
SupportandEnhanceEnterpriseSystems
- EnsurethesmoothoperationandoptimalperformanceofERM'sfinancesystemsandotherSQL-dependentapplications.
- Partnerwithsoftwarevendorsandinternalstakeholderstoidentify,troubleshoot,andresolvesystemissues.
- Developenhancementsthatimproveperformance,scalability,anduserexperience.
- Supportintegrationanddataflowsacrossmultiplesystemsandplatforms.
DriveDataandAnalyticsExcellence
- Design,develop,andmaintainrobustdatamodels,datawarehouses,andanalyticalsolutions.
- Buildandoptimizedatapipelinesthattransformdataintoactionablebusinessinsights.
- Ensuredatasetsfrommultiplesourcesremainaccurate,centralized,governed,andaccessible.
- DevelopandmaintainPowerBIreports,dashboards,andreportingsolutionsthatsupportstrategicandoperationaldecision-making.
AdvanceMicrosoftFabricandModernDataCapabilities
- SupportandenhanceERM'sMicrosoftFabricenvironment,includinganalyticsengineering,dataorchestration,andreportingcapabilities.
- Contributetothedevelopmentofscalablemoderndataarchitectureandbestpractices.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimprovedataprocessingefficiency,reportingperformance,andplatformscalability.

- PartnercloselywithITteams,businessstakeholders,vendors,andtechnologyleaderstodeliversolutionsthatsupportorganizationalobjectives.
