Deine Aufgaben:

Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer produktiven Kubernetes-basierten Daten-Plattform, inklusive Networking, Storage, Security und Lifecycle-Management
Automatisierung von Infrastruktur und Plattform-Deployments mit Argo CD und GitLab CI/CD nach einem GitOps-first-Ansatz
Umsetzung neuer Plattform-Features vom Prototyp bis zum Produktivbetrieb
Betrieb der Plattformkomponenten zentraler Plattform-Komponenten - wie Workflow-Orchestrierung (Argo) und Datenverarbeitung (Spark, Dremio) - gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Kolleg/-innen
Sicherstellung der Observability der Daten-Plattform mit Prometheus und Grafana: Monitoring, Alerting, Fehleranalyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Verantwortung für die Security-Grundlagen: Secrets-Management, Zugriffsrechte (RBAC) und Namespace-Isolation
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineers und Data Scientists in Automatisierungs- und KI-Projekten
Gemeinsame Entwicklung innovativer und effektiver Lösungen in einem motivierten Team

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science, Softwareentwicklung oder vergleichbar
Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering, Data Science oder Platform Engineering
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kubernetes und Container-Orchestrierung
Umfassende Kenntnisse in Software-Engineering und CI/CD-Prozessen
Gute Kenntnisse in Python oder anderen Skriptsprachen
Kenntnisse in S3-kompatiblem Object Storage von Vorteil
Idealerweise Zertifizierung als CKA, CKAD oder CKS
Praktische Erfahrung mit Observability-Stacks, idealerweise Prometheus und Grafana
Erfahrung im Betrieb von Datenplattformen oder Stateful Workloads auf Kubernetes von Vorteil
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
