As a Databricks + Agentic AI Senior Manager you will lead client work focused on data engineering solutions, translating raw data into usable insights through data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will leverage influence, sound judgment, and technical depth to guide complex delivery, coach teams through ambiguity, and communicate clear direction across stakeholders. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will help shape data solutions that support informed decision-making and business growth while driving operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Leading Databricks and agentic AI data engineering workstreams for client modernization initiatives
- Designing data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation frameworks across cloud data platforms
- Developing scalable data lake and warehouse solutions that support analytics, reporting, and downstream AI use cases
- Applying Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and related orchestration tools to streamline data movement and processing
- Evaluating data architecture options, modeling approaches, and performance tuning methods to support complex enterprise environments
- Validating data quality, lineage, and security controls across ingestion, transformation, and delivery stages
- Guiding teams through ambiguous delivery challenges while coordinating priorities, risks, and technical decisions
- Translating business goals into technical roadmaps and communicating progress, dependencies, and outcomes to client stakeholders
- Coaching team members on data engineering methods, cloud platform usage, and modern analytics implementation approaches
- Identifying opportunities to improve data reliability, scalability, and automation through advanced engineering practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Databricks platform delivery across data modernization initiatives
- Applying agentic AI methods to client-facing engineering programs
- Leading large data teams through ambiguity and complex delivery
- Translating systems thinking into clear executive messaging
- Coaching multidisciplinary teams while adapting to changing priorities
