Who we are:
Our Company was founded on the idea that there are patterns in people’s behavior that, with the right logic, can be used to predict future outcomes. We are a small but rapidly growing organization that works in partnership with our customers to create solutions that are simply not found anywhere else. We work in groups rather than in structured corporate hierarchies; our culture is creative and entrepreneurial where everyone contributes to company goals in very real way. We are a hardworking group, but we have a lot of fun with what we do and are looking for new people with a similar mindset to join the organization.
What we do:
Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.
What you’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for dealership partners and internal teams, providing timely and professional support via ticketing systems, email, phone, chat, and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine product, account, and technical issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation details within the ticketing system.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of automotiveMastermind products, processes, and best practices to effectively support customers.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers by delivering exceptional service and setting clear expectations throughout issue resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation to improve team efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends, feedback, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Support company initiatives and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of automotiveMastermind products, systems, and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer support, technical support, or account management experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience documenting troubleshooting steps and issue resolution within a ticketing system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools.
- Experience working with databases or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with customer support platforms, call center tools, or CRM systems is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Technical proficiency with SQL, LINQPad, CRM systems, support tools, reporting platforms, or similar technologies is preferred.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Flexible schedule with hours between 8 AM – 8 PM Monday through Friday. Holiday and weekend phone coverage on a rotating basis, 9 AM – 6 PM.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $53,084.00 - $109,089.00. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
