Derivative Sales

Achieve sales of Derivatives (CMS & Yeast Waste), meeting or exceeding volume and margin targets with a focus on maintaining the continuity of Production.
Develop new market opportunities and customer accounts, especially in new industrial applications like Construction & Paper.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Manage CMS logistics & deliveries to customers.
Increase the number of customers, especially distributors and major industrial companies.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Timely delivery and shipment coordination.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders “Production, Quality & Security” to ensure timely and compliant deliveries of Molasses.
Coordinating with contractors and truck drivers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.

Education

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commodity sales B2C & B2B sales (preferably in agribusiness)
