Job Description
Objetivo del Puesto:
Diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y mantener soluciones de automatización de procesos que mejoren la eficiencia operativa de la empresa, reduciendo tiempos, errores y costos, mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas.
Funciones Principales:
Identificar oportunidades de automatización junto con áreas operativas.
Diseñar y desarrollar flujos automatizados utilizando herramientas como UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python, entre otros.
Documentar procesos y soluciones desarrolladas.
Realizar pruebas funcionales y validaciones con usuarios finales.
Monitorear el desempeño de las automatizaciones implementadas y aplicar mejoras continuas.
Gestionar la integración de sistemas a través de APIs y bases de datos.
Brindar soporte técnico ante fallos o actualizaciones necesarias en los procesos automatizados.

Capacitar a usuarios clave sobre el uso o impacto de los procesos automatizados.
Requisitos del Puesto:
Escolaridad:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Computación, o afín.
Experiencia:
Mínimo 2 años en desarrollo de soluciones de automatización.
Experiencia previa con herramientas RPA o scripting.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Manejo de herramientas RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.).
Programación en Python, JavaScript, VBScript u otro lenguaje útil para automatización.
Uso de APIs y Web Services (REST, SOAP).
Manejo de bases de datos SQL y/o NoSQL.
Conocimiento de BPM (Business Process Management) es deseable.
Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) deseables.
