Digital Learning & Change Specialist

What you’ll do

• Create engaging digital learning, training materials, guides and other enablement content for IT transformation initiatives.
• Work with Change Leads and business stakeholders to understand what employees need to learn and develop the right support.
• Help deliver virtual, digital and blended learning activities.
• Support Change Management activities that improve employee readiness and adoption.
• Gather feedback and use data to understand what is working and improve learning materials.
• Explore new approaches, including AI and digital tools, to make learning and change support more effective.
• Share ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve how we enable people through change.

What we’re looking for

• Some experience creating learning, training or enablement content.
• An interest in Change Management, digital transformation and employee adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information simple and engaging.
• Confidence working with different global stakeholders and collaborating as part of a team.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to take ownership and see tasks through.
• Curiosity and initiative — someone who enjoys learning, asking questions and finding better ways to do things.
• Comfortable using digital tools and interested in how AI can improve learning and ways of working.

Nice to have — but not essential

• Experience supporting technology change or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Percipio, Skillsoft.
• Knowledge of Change Management approaches or methodologies.
• Experience with learning platforms or Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
• Experience using data or feedback to measure learning or adoption.
