Als Digital Marketing Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für die Optimierung digitaler Marketingaktivitäten mit Fokus auf Social Media, Performance‑Analyse und datenbasierter Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Marketing-Automatisierungen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben dabei sind:

Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung digitaler Kampagnen über verschiedene digitale Kanäle, insbesondere Social Media und Marketing-Automation, sowie Produktion zielgruppengerechter Inhalte als Teil der integrierten Marketingkommunikation.
Ganzheitliches Performance‑Marketing inklusive Paid Search, Retargeting und kontinuierlicher Optimierung zur Steigerung von Traffic, Engagement und Conversion.
Aufbau, Pflege und Analyse von Google Analytics in Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Communications.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter digitaler Kommunikationsmassnahmen entlang der Customer Journey.
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Marketing‑Automatisierungen zur Erhöhung von Effizienz, Lead‑Qualität und kanalübergreifender Wirkung.

Bachelor im Bereich digitales Marketing, Kommunikation oder Medien oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung mit einigen Jahren praktischer Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Marketing- und Sales-Automation-Plattformen (z.B. Eloqua)
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud (z.B. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
Bekannt mit Content-Management-Systemen für Social Media
Erfahrung mit Google Analytics, Paid Search (u.a. Google Ads) und Retargeting-Tools
Sehr gut in der Anwendung der MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Ppt, MS Teams, SharePoint)
Deutsch und Englisch, je sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (B2/C1)
