Closely align media operations workflows with the insights objectives and reporting for global clients’ businesses.
Writing of ‘playbooks’, where required for clients and internal teams to instruct on processes.
Ensure that platforms and platform configurations are strictly documented, their health is monitored, and that their operability is maintained at exceptional levels in collaboration with dentsu’s offshore digital operations team.
Ensure that our digital media platforms are configured to deliver correct & appropriate data that supports these reporting & insight goals.
Qualifications + Skills
Extensive Digital Media Operations experience gained within agencies, digital platforms, or possibly programmatic networks.
A strong working knowledge of digital media platforms; e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Ad servers, DSPs, Ad verification, Creative Management and Paid Social platforms.
Knowledge of web analytics tools and DCO would be an advantage.
Experienced in technical execution and issue resolution.
Experienced in supporting and leading the identification, formation and deployment of new processes for teams.
Ability to understand client end to end media workflow processes and ad technology set up across digital media platforms
Confidence managing multiple markets, priorities and onboarding new market users with care and attention to detail.
A clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and willingness to keep learning as platforms, regulations and best practice evolve.
A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams, disciplines and geographies.
An interest in building efficient, scalable operations that support great creative and measurable outcomes.
