Lead and execute digital warehousing projects focused on optimizing warehousing and logistics operations at P&G. Implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle for digital warehousing initiatives, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing solutions and contingency plans.
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to P&G's IT project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new digital warehousing solutions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in digital warehousing and logistics.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing Information Technology projects, specifically within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain domain.
Demonstrated experience in implementing digital solutions for warehouse optimization (e.g., WMS, WES, automation).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience working in a large, complex multinational organization is highly desirable.
Understanding of P&G Warehousing Processes and Solutions is a plus
