This is a highly visible growth leadership role for a proven hunter who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and transforming market opportunities into long-term revenue partnerships. We're looking for someone with deep automotive industry expertise, an established network of decision-makers, and a track record of winning enterprise business in complex, consultative sales environments.

As Director, OEM & Lender Sales, you will lead strategic business development efforts for Mobility Global's market-leading pricing, incentive, analytics, and intelligence solutions. You will work directly with senior executives across OEMs, captive finance companies, lending organizations, and emerging mobility and FinTech partners to help solve some of the industry's most pressing challenges around affordability, demand generation, financing, customer acquisition, retention, and market competitiveness.

Why This Role Matters

The automotive industry is undergoing rapid transformation driven by data, digital retailing, changing consumer behaviors, evolving financing models, and increased competitive pressure. Mobility Global sits at the center of this evolution, providing the data, intelligence, analytics, and technology solutions that enable industry leaders to make smarter business decisions.

This role represents a unique opportunity to help shape how leading manufacturers, lenders, and financial services organizations leverage data and analytics to drive growth, improve profitability, and create more personalized customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business Growth

Develop and execute growth strategies across OEM, lender, captive finance, and FinTech segments.

Proactively identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.

Build a robust pipeline through industry relationships, executive networking, referrals, conferences, and direct outreach.

Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and close.

Create new market opportunities while expanding Mobility Global's presence with industry-leading organizations.

Build Executive-Level Partnerships

Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across sales, marketing, finance, strategy, product, and analytics organizations.

Develop account strategies that identify stakeholder needs, growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and paths to expansion.

Position Mobility Global as a strategic partner that delivers measurable business outcomes rather than simply a technology provider.

Deliver Consultative Solution Selling

Engage executive audiences around pricing strategy, incentive effectiveness, affordability, customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.

Translate complex data, analytics, predictive modeling, and technology capabilities into compelling business value.

Develop executive business cases, ROI models, strategic recommendations, and growth-focused partnership proposals.

Help customers solve critical business challenges through innovative use of market intelligence and analytics.

Shape Market Strategy

Stay ahead of emerging automotive, lending, FinTech, and digital retailing trends.

Bring market intelligence and customer insights back to internal leadership, product, and marketing teams.

Influence go-to-market strategies by serving as the voice of the customer in a rapidly evolving market.

What We're Looking For

Proven Industry Leader

10+ years of success in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account leadership roles.

Experience selling into automotive OEMs, captive finance companies, lenders, FinTechs, dealer groups, or automotive technology organizations.

Strong understanding of automotive retail, lending, marketing, data, analytics, or software solutions.

Elite Business Developer

Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets and driving significant new business growth.

Strong track record of opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning complex enterprise deals.

Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and executive-level decision environments.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining exceptional discipline in pipeline and opportunity management.

Executive Presence & Industry Network

Established relationships within OEMs, lenders, captive finance organizations, FinTechs, dealer groups, or adjacent automotive ecosystem partners.

Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence strategic business discussions.

Strong commercial instincts, business acumen, and credibility in customer-facing environments.
