  • Balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring ICAP continues to deliver reliability, performance, and trust at scale.
  • Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and internal leadership.

  • A clear, compelling ICAP roadmap aligned to market demand and customer value.
  • Measurable growth in bookings and pipeline tied directly to product strategy.
  • Strong, trust-based partnerships with Engineering and GTM teams.
  • Progress toward a Proxy-focused architecture that positions ICAP for long-term growth.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale.
  • Deep hands on experience building with AI.
  • Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains.
