Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for both Commercial Solutions and Clinical Delivery operations.

·Manage stakeholder relationships to optimize recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.

·Lead a team of recruitment professionals providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their performance.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recruitment solutions and drive operational success.

·Utilize your commercial solutions background to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

·Ensure compliance with regional and global recruitment standards and practices.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a related field.

·Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on commercial solutions.

·Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

·Fluency in Japanese and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess recruitment challenges and implement solutions.

·Demonstrated polish and poise in stakeholder interactions and presentations.

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with regulatory standards and best practices. Maintain high-quality standards in talent acquisition to support IQVIA's mission-driven impact globally.
