Főbb feladatok és felelősségek:

Vevői kapcsolattartás: Napi szintű kommunikáció telefonon és e-mailben, gyakran idegen nyelven.

Megrendelések kezelése: Vevői rendelések rögzítése, módosítása és nyomon követése az ERP (vállalatirányítási) rendszerben.

Szállítások koordinálása: Szállítási határidők, mennyiségek egyeztetése, fuvarozók szervezése.

Termeléstervezés támogatása: Információcsere a termeléssel a vevői igények teljesítése érdekében.

Adminisztráció és riportálás: Kimutatások készítése, készletszintek ellenőrzése.
