- Abitur oder Fachhochschulreife in Verbindung mit einem Eignungstest an der DHBW
- Gute MINT-Kenntnisse
- Interesse an Elektrotechnik und Informatik
- Begeisterung für Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
- Neugier auf KI, Robotik und Smart Manufacturing
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Idealerweise eine Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Ausbildungsberuf oder Abitur an einem Technischen Gymnasium
Allgemeine Informationen
- Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre (6 Semester)
- Duale Hochschule: DHBW Ravensburg (Standort Friedrichshafen)
- DHBW-Phasen (Theorie) und Einsatz im Betrieb (Praxis) im 3-6 monatigen Wechsel
- Ausführliche Einführungswochen
- Förderung der persönlichen, sozialen und methodischen Kompetenzen
- Arbeitszeit: 37,5 h pro Woche mit Gleitzeit
- 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr
- Ausbildungsvergütung (nach IGBCE-Tarif):
- 1. Ausbildungsjahr: € 1.260,-/Monat
- 2. Ausbildungsjahr: € 1.326,-/Monat
- 3. Ausbildungsjahr: € 1.492,-/Monat
- Steuerfreie Kostenerstattung in voller Höhe des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs
- Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung (JAV) als Ansprechpartner
- Evtl. Auslandspraktikum
