Gestalten Sie die Produktion aktiv mit und übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für moderne, automatisierte Anlagen. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf, richten Anlagen selbstständig ein und beheben kleinere Störungen. Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das auf Qualität, Präzision und kontinuierliche Verbesserung setzt. Dabei erwarten Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben an automatisierten sowie manuellen Arbeitsplätzen.

Einrichter/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Komplexe Anlagen inklusive mehrerer Spritzgussmaschinen und Roboter selbstständig einrichten und einfahren
Beheben von Störungen (Maschinen, Vorrichtungen, Spritzgusswerkzeugen)
Sicherstellen der geforderten Qualität
Teachen von Robotern und Handling Systeme
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse
Mitverantwortung in Lean Projekten hinsichtlich Effizienzsteigerung

Ihr Profil:

Technische Grundausbildung (Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker, Kunststoffverarbeiter o.ä.)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung
Gutes technisches Verständnis
Hohe Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz
Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
