Ejecutivo Sr de Beneficios
Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse al equipo de Beneficios de Marsh. Esta posición estará basada en Reynosa, México. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.
En este rol serás responsable de mantener la relación con el cliente, dando seguimiento a la coordinación con áreas internas y asegurando una comunicación efectiva con clientes y asegurados. Tendrás interacción constante con distintos interlocutores, incluyendo la impartición de pláticas a asegurados a través de Zoom, así como posibles visitas a las oficinas del cliente.
Contaremos contigo para:
- Mantener la relación con el cliente y dar seguimiento oportuno a sus necesidades.
- Coordinar la comunicación con áreas internas de los clientes para asegurar una atención efectiva.
- Brindar atención al cliente y mantener una comunicación clara y profesional con clientes y asegurados.
- Impartir pláticas a asegurados vía Zoom con seguridad y confianza.
- Realizar visitas ocasionales a las oficinas del cliente, cuando sea necesario.
- Dar seguimiento a procesos y actividades relacionadas con el servicio.

Lo que necesitas tener:
- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, Administración o afín.
- 1 año de experiencia mínima, preferentemente en Beneficios.
- Inglés intermedio-conversacional.
- Excel intermedio, incluyendo fórmulas básicas y tablas dinámicas.
- Manejo de paquetería Office.

- Experiencia o conocimiento en seguros de personas.
- Conocimiento en beneficios y/o experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos.
- Perfil organizado, proactivo y autogestionable.
