- 负责电子元器件采购寻源，包括询价（RFQ）、报价分析、供应商筛选及商务谈判。
- 负责DFC国产化项目BOM冻结后的电子元器件商务采购工作，涵盖供应商寻源、样品验证协调及量产准备等阶段。
- 根据既定技术要求开发替代物料及供应商，协调样品和相关技术资料，支持工程团队完成验证。
- 建立并维护电子元器件品类价格基准及供应商资源库，开展市场价格对标，挖掘降本机会。
- 通过替代物料寻源、成本分析及供应商谈判，支持价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）及国产化降本项目。
- 负责与供应商谈判价格、最小起订量（MOQ）、交期、付款条件、一次性工程费用（NRE）、模具费用及其他商务条款。
- 统筹采购寻源相关交付事项，包括供应商报价、样品、供应商资料及商务文件的收集、跟进与管理。
- 与研发、质量、项目管理及供应链团队紧密协作，确保采购相关工作按项目节点顺利推进。
- 持续关注电子元器件市场价格、供需情况、交货周期、供应风险及行业动态，为采购决策提供支持。
- 电子工程、机械工程、材料科学、自动化或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备多年硬件研发（R&D）、产品工程（PE）或技术采购经验。
- 在特定物料品类（如 PCBA、半导体、精密塑料/金属件、光学器件等）方面拥有深厚的技术与采购经验者尤佳。
- 熟练阅读工程图纸或电路原理图（如 CAD、Altium Designer）及材料规格书。对 PCBA 上的元器件有深入的理解。
- 具备极强的分析能力，在自下而上的成本估算和物料清单（BOM）管理方面拥有实操经验。
- 卓越的跨部门沟通与谈判技巧。能够完美衔接研发、质量、商务采购以及外部供应商之间的需求。
- 熟练掌握专业英语（口语及书面），能够与全球供应链网络进行高效协作。
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、材料科学、自动化、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业。
- 具备扎实的电子元器件采购、品类采购或物料寻源相关工作经验。
- 熟悉电子元器件基础知识及BOM（物料清单）结构。
- 具备供应商开发与寻源、询价（RFQ）管理、报价分析、成本分析及商务谈判等实际工作经验。
- 具备基本的电子元器件参数对比分析能力，能够与研发团队协作推进物料技术评估及验证工作。
- 具有价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）及采购降本项目经验者优先。
- 具有电子制造服务（EMS）行业采购或供应商寻源经验者优先。
- 具备良好的数据分析、商务谈判及跨部门沟通协调能力。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通。
