Was Sie machen werden:

Wartung und Instandhaltung elektrischer und mechanischer Geräte und Produktionsanlagen

Planmäßige Reinigung und Wartung mechanischer Komponenten

Analyse und Fehlerbeseitigung bei Funktionsstörungen

Austausch von Teilen, Komponenten und Baugruppen

Mitwirkung an Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen und Umbauten an Produktionsanlagen

Erstellung von Serviceberichten im hausinternen EDV-System

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen wie Produktion und Prozess-Engineering

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit bereits abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft in der Industrie; alternativ: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder KFZ-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit der Bereitschaft (zwingend erforderlich) zur Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft in der Industrie

Allgemeines technisches Verständnis und Interesse an elektro-mechanischen Zusammenhängen

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst

Solide MS-Office und PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift

Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Team

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and production site for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity for the future.

What you will be doing:

Maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and production facilities

Scheduled cleaning and maintenance of mechanical components

Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions

Replacement of parts, components and assemblies

Participation in the planning and implementation of improvements and modifications to production facilities

Creation of service reports in the in-house IT system

Close cooperation with various departments such as production and process engineering

What you will bring along:

Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as an industrial electrician already completed; alternatively: completed technical apprenticeship as industrial mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) with willingness (essential) to undertake further training to become a qualified industrial electrician

General technical understanding and interest in electro-mechanical contexts

Willingness to work shifts

Solid MS Office and PC user skills

Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) both spoken and written

Reliable and independent way of working in a team

Flexible thinking and acting as well as quality awareness
