Job Responsibilities

1. 负责设备端 ServiceTools 的设计、开发、集成和维护，支持不同系统的服务能力建设。面向设备侧运维和维护场景，负责诊断、配置、软件部署、校准、状态监测和远程服务支持，确保嵌入式系统在复杂现场环境中具备稳定运行、快速定位问题和高效维护能力。

2. 负责设备端 ServiceTools 的设计、开发、集成，支持诊断、配置、数据处理和服务接口实现。

3. 建立并维护面向设备端的诊断、校准服务接口，提升系统运维、维护和现场服务效率。

4. 支持 SOC Linux和 MCU FreeRTOS两种系统环境下的服务工具实现，确保服务能力在不同平台上的一致性和兼容性。

5. 负责设备端远程服务与诊断功能开发，包括远程状态、参数配置、日志获取、故障诊断和在线维护能力。

6. 负责 Linux 与 MCU 之间的服务数据交互设计与实现，确保跨平台协同诊断、配置和升级流程稳定可靠。

7. 设计和实现系统级诊断能力，包括状态监控、故障分析、日志采集、健康检查和问题定位。

8. 配合现场服务团队处理软件问题，支持设备上线、故障排查、回归验证和异常恢复。

9. 参与平台服务能力演进，持续优化服务接口、诊断机制和远程维护能力。

Qualifications:

1. 计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验。

2. 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，具备 Linux 平台以及MCU开发经验。

3. 具备设备端嵌入式软件开发基础，熟悉 ServiceTools 相关设计与实现方法，能够在 Linux 和 MCU 平台上实现稳定服务能力。

4. 熟悉 SOC Linux与 MCU FreeRTOS两类系统的开发和集成方式，能够适配不同平台的服务框架和接口约定。

5. 熟悉设备端诊断、配置、校准和软件部署相关服务接口设计，具备服务调用、状态管理和参数同步的工程实践经验。

6. 熟悉 Linux 系统与 MCU 控制器之间的通信接口、状态同步和跨平台数据处理方法。

7. 了解软件部署、版本升级、环境适配、异常恢复和现场维护流程，能够支持设备端维护和问题复盘。具备较强的问题分析和沟通能力，能够根据现场需求快速形成修复方案并有效推动实施。
