Deine Aufgaben im Team

Als Embedded-Entwickler (w/m/d) betreust du deine Projekte von der ersten Anforderung bis zum getesteten Prototypen. Dabei triffst du technische Entscheidungen selbst, gestaltest Lösungswege aktiv mit und trägst echte Verantwortung für dein Ergebnis. Natürlich im Austausch mit dem Team, aber ohne Micromanagement.

Du entwickelst Echtzeit-Firmware in C / C++ für unsere Embedded-Plattformen (DSP, MCU, ARM, SoM) – mal Bare-Metal, mal mit RTOS, mal unter Linux.
Eigenverantwortlich betreust du Softwareprojekte innerhalb der Produktentwicklung und koordinierst die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen.
Dabei begleitest du den gesamten Projektzyklus: Planung (z. B. durch Anforderungs-, Machbarkeitsanalysen und Architekturplanung), Implementierung, Fehleranalyse und -behebung, Prototypentests und schließlich die fachgerechte Dokumentation.
Du hältst dich stets an den vorgegebenen Entwicklungsprozess, Kodierrichtlinien und Qualitätsstandards und führst in diesem Sinne Code Reviews durch und entwickelst Best-Practice-Ansätze.
Mit großem Interesse an deinem Fachgebiet recherchierst und implementierst du neue Technologien, um bestehende Systeme zu verbessern.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Technische Informatik o. Ä. bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Wir freuen uns über erfahrene Software-Entwickler / Entwicklungsingenieure (w/m/d) genauso wie über ambitionierte Absolventen (w/m/d) mit Interesse an hardwarenaher Softwareentwicklung und an Embedded-Entwicklung.
Erste Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung in der Entwicklung mit C / C++ sollte jedenfalls vorhanden sein – mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden bist du bereits vertraut.
Idealerweise bist du schon erfahren im Anforderungsmanagement und in der Architekturplanung.
Wünschenswert sind Know-how im Umgang mit Tools wie Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git und Jira sowie Kenntnisse in RTOS und Embedded Linux.
Du arbeitest gern im Team und genauso gern eigenständig – du freust dich darauf, Ideen mit Kollegen in Forschung und Entwicklung weiterzudenken.
Im Projektumfeld punktest du mit ziel- und lösungsorientierter Kommunikation sowie guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
