Funções que serão desempenhadas:

Liderar o design, desenvolvimento, evolução e operação de aplicações e plataformas de alta escala, com foco na arquitetura de microsserviços;

Definir e aplicar padrões de arquitetura (como Arquitetura Hexagonal e Reativa), garantindo alta disponibilidade, baixa latência, resiliência e facilidade de manutenção dos sistemas;

Colaborar ativamente com Product Owners, Arquitetura e equipes multifuncionais globais/locais para traduzir requisitos de negócio e regulatórios em soluções técnicas viáveis;

Liderar a execução técnica e o ciclo de vida das entregas em ambiente ágil (Scrum/Kanban), atuando na gestão de prioridades, riscos técnicos e alinhamento com governança e auditoria;

Promover a cultura de excelência técnica e DevSecOps, garantindo a qualidade de código através de code reviews, automação de testes, correção de vulnerabilidades de segurança e práticas de clean code;

Garantir a observabilidade contínua dos sistemas (métricas, logs e tracing) para identificação rápida de anomalias e otimização de performance/SLA das APIs e serviços.

Requisitos necessários:

Ensino superior completo em cursos de tecnologia;

Inglês avançado ou fluente (mandatório para alinhamento com times e padrões globais);

Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software Backend com Java (Spring Boot / Reactive Stack);

Experiência com Arquitetura Hexagonal, Programação Reativa e Microsserviços;

Vivência prática em ambientes de Nuvem (Google Cloud Platform - GCP e/ou AWS) e orquestração de containers (Kubernetes / GKE);

Conhecimento em boas práticas de Segurança da Informação (OAuth2, gestão de vulnerabilidades e DevSecOps);

Experiência prática com ferramentas de Observabilidade e Monitoramento (ex: Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry);

Habilidade comprovada na liderança técnica, mentoria de desenvolvedores e facilitação da resolução de problemas complexos.
