About the role
Apoia o processo de vendas, fornecendo expertise técnica e ajudando os clientes a entender como os produtos atendem às suas necessidades. Esta função preenche a lacuna entre engenharia e vendas, garantindo precisão técnica e satisfação do cliente.
Principais responsabilidades
- Fornecer suporte técnico durante o processo de vendas;
- Realizar demonstrações e apresentações de produtos;
- Personalizar soluções com base nos requisitos do cliente;
- Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de propostas e negociações contratuais;
- Suporte à implementação e solução de problemas pós-venda.
Requisitos Básicos
- Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência nos mercados de águas e indústrias;
- Familiaridade com CRM e conhecimento no Pacote Office;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Espanhol básico.
