Investigating failures related to test systems, test programs, fixtures, and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
Providing technical analysis support including Test program debugging, PCBA and fixture schematic analysis, Test specification review, and Test coverage analysis.
Design, develop, and implement In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test solutions for electronic assemblies.
Develop customizable software solutions.
Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously improving test processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
Performing preventive maintenance on test fixtures and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
Participating in shift-based production support activities as required.

Engineering Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics Interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Visual Basic.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Willingness to work on a shift basis to support production operations.
