Your Role

As a Software Engineering Intern on the Rhone team, you will support the development and validation of low-level software solutions focused on virtualization and embedded platforms. You will collaborate with engineering teams working on operating systems, device-level technologies, and virtualization environments.

Your Responsibilities

Support software development activities in Linux and Unix environments.
Assist with low-level systems programming and debugging.
Contribute to projects involving device-level software and system components.
Work with operating system and device driver concepts.
Support development and testing activities related to virtualization technologies.
Review technical documentation and hardware specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams on embedded software projects.
Participate in software validation and troubleshooting activities.

Your Background

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong interest in low-level software development and embedded systems.
Knowledge of C programming.
Familiarity with Linux or Unix operating environments.
Coursework in Operating Systems, Device Drivers, Embedded Systems, or related areas.
Understanding of hardware-software interaction concepts.
Knowledge or exposure to QEMU is highly desirable.
Interest in virtualization technologies and system-level software development.
Experience with embedded or operating systems projects is a plus.
