- Ensurecompliancewithengineeringstandards,safetyrequirements,andregulatoryobligations.
- Leadriskassessments,ManagementofChange(MOC),andprocesssafetyactivities.
- Developsiteengineeringstrategiesalignedwithbusinessobjectives.
- CollaboratewithOperations,Maintenance,Quality,EHS,Procurement,Finance,andexternalpartnerstodeliversustainablebusinessresults.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong project management and capital investment experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards, process safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, flavors & fragrances, or process manufacturing.
- PMP or Professional Engineering certification.
- Experience leading automation, digitalization, or sustainability projects.
