Plan and track progress across multiple parallel hardware engineering design projects (PCB and mechanical), flagging risks and schedule slips early.
Drive technical discussions with customers, translating engineering status, trade-offs, and risks into clear updates and decisions.
Act as the primary point of coordination between design engineers, manufacturing, procurement, and program stakeholders.
Own and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reporting in JIRA (or equivalent), keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities and blockers.
Coordinate prototype builds end-to-end, working closely with manufacturing and Technical Program Management (TPM) teams to sequence builds, resolve issues, and hit build dates.
Manage the RFQ process for components, PCBs, and mechanical parts-soliciting quotes, comparing suppliers/ CMs, and driving decisions on cost, lead time, and quality.
Derive Statement of Work documents outlining the scope of engineering projects.
Engage with global head of marketing to define go to market strategy for engineering services.
Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts proactively.
Maintain clear documentation of project plans, decisions, and action items.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with JIRA for project management.
Comfortable leading technical conversations directly with customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several concurrent projects without losing track of details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of PCB design and mechanical design workflows (e.g., Altium, KiCad, SolidWorks) sufficient to engage credibly with design engineers.
Experience managing global customers or cross-border supplier relationships.
Experience running or supporting RFQ processes with suppliers or contract manufacturers.
