  • Risk management: Identify project risks, develop project risk registers, and manage risks appropriately—avoidance, transfer, mitigate, monitor, etc.
  • Integration: Manage each vertical (building, MHE automation, IT, Operations, etc.) and be responsible for coordinating and aligning between the verticals; for the large project, work as a team with the other project managers to ensure seamless integration between the verticals
  • Operationalization: Manage projects through the ramp-up and acclimation phase, taking the steps necessary to ensure that the Operations teams can run the system as designed and achieve the design rates, including but not limited to identifying the need for and organizing additional training sessions, identifying the need for and driving the development of additional training and tools, bringing on additional resources to support the start-up, organizing and orchestrating system stress tests, and managing the resolution software/system issues & implementation of software enhancements
  • Project Completion: As appropriate for the project, oversee or support commissioning & testing, job walks, punchlist generation/management/sign-off, and final sign-offs, including governmental and regulatory sign-offs; organize & conduct post-project meetings, such as lessons learned reviews.
