ZEISS Microoptics ist als Einheit des strategischen Geschäftsbereichs Photonics & Optics spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung, Optimierung, Mastering, Replikation und Integration von Optikanwendungen auf Basis von mikrooptischen und holografisch-optischen Elementen.
Ihre Rolle
Technische Planung und Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Mikrooptik mit Schwerpunkt Holografie / Interferenzlithografie
Konzeption der Belichtung und Belichtung holografischer Beugungsgitter
Begleitung der gesamten Fertigungskette auf dem Weg zur Serie sowie Entwurf von Replikationsstrategien
Eigenständige Erarbeitung und Entwicklung neuer Messtechnik und Analysetools
Gelegentliche Teilnahme an in- und ausländischen Kundenbesuchen sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotserstellung
Werden Sie Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams und erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fachwissen in das ZEISS Microoptics Team einzubringen und die Produkte mit Ihrer Expertise weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Physik oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Optik
Praktische Erfahrung bei der Mikrostrukturierung in Reinraumumgebung, idealerweise im Bereich Mikrooptik
Fundierte Erfahrung als Projektleiter (m/w/x) von Entwicklungsprojekten in Forschung und Industrie
Expertenwissen zur gesamten Prozesskette der Mikrostrukturierung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Mikrooptik zu den Themen Optikdesign, Simulation, physikalische oder technische Optik, Beugungstheorie und Holographie
Fundierte Softwarekenntnisse in Python, Matlab und / oder C# sowie hohe Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Zemax sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
