Ihre Rolle

Weiterentwicklung, Bewertung und Serienbetreuung von Designs für Projektionsobjektive im Bereich DUV.
Anforderungsmanagement in engem Kontakt mit relevanten Stakeholdern .
Arbeitspakete festlegen, vereinbaren und mit externen Dienstleistern abstimmen.
Industrialisierung von Designs inklusive Sicherstellung von Designverifikation, Fertigungs- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Risikomanagement.
Vorstellung und Vertretung der Ihnen zugeordneten Themen gegenüber internen und externen Kunden.

Ihr Profil

Ein sehr guter Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau / Mechatronik / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik / Feinwerktechnik, mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Entwicklung oder Operation.

Ausgezeichnetes Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen sowie die dazugehörige Robustheit bei schnell wechselnden Randbedingungen und Anforderungen.

Verständnis für Systeme und deren Weiterentwicklung innerhalb enger Rahmenbedingungen.

Freude am Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsweisen.

Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick, Überzeugungsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.

Ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten sowie eine methodische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
