Primary Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to join the HK/China Transportation team. The team has been voted as the No.1 in the 2026 Institutional Investor Asia Research survey.

Responsible for sector and company research and report drafting
Perform detailed research analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively based on deep knowledge and understanding of fundamentals
Address client requests in a timely fashion, including performing the underlying analysis and drafting communication documents and emails
Conduct live client interaction including in-person meetings, live calls, webcasts and ad-hoc interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills required (essential)

Experience in equity research within a top tier sell side or buy side firm
3-5 years of relevant experience in equity research or relevant areas is preferred
Strong accounting knowledge and modelling skills
Proactive learner and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills both in writing and in live client interaction
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (reading and writing)
