Voor de regio Leuven, Kempen, Limburg zoeken we een ervaren Hospitaal Afgevaardigde die commerciële gedrevenheid combineert met medische expertise en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
Jouw rol
- Je vertegenwoordigt een breed productportfoliobij specialisten in ziekenhuizen en universitaire centra.
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met onder meer cardiologen, geriaters, nefrologen, endocrinologen, pediaters, reumatologen, gastro-enterologen, spoedartsen, fysisch geneesheren en orthopedisten.
- Je bouwt relaties uit met specialisten en key opinion leaders.
- Je brengt wetenschappelijke en productgerichte informatie op een heldere en overtuigende manier over.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en ontwikkelt oplossingen die bijdragen aan een duurzame samenwerking.
- Je registreert klantinformatie, activiteiten en inzichten correct in de beschikbare systemen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de interne ondersteunende diensten.

Jouw profiel
- Minstens twee jaar ervaring als Hospitaal Afgevaardigde.
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een (para)medische richting.
- Een sterke wetenschappelijke basis en het vermogen om complexe informatie helder over te brengen.
- Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en aantoonbare resultaten.
- Je communiceert overtuigend en onderhandelt vlot op een hoog niveau.
- Je kan relaties opbouwen met specialisten en key opinion leaders.
- Je neemt initiatief, denkt strategisch en werkt resultaatgericht.
- Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig, volhardend en oplossingsgericht.
- Je woont in de regio.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale rapporteringssystemen.
