Visão de Trabalho:

Atuar em projetos e rotinas de Inteligência de Mercado (IM) e Efetividade da Força de Vendas (SFE), em parceria com as áreas de Marketing e Comercial.

Responsabilidades:

Coleta, análise e interpretação de dados relacionados ao desempenho de vendas e às tendências de mercado;
Apoio na jornada para melhorar continuamente nossa excelência de execução, buscando entregas relevantes e alinhadas à estratégia de negócios;
Suporte na gestão do CRM, extração dos dados e geração de análises;
Elaboração de relatórios, dashboards e/ou KPIs sobre a performance das equipes de vendas;
Análise de dados de mercado para compreender seu comportamento e suas tendências competitivas;
Apoiar o processo de premiação da força de vendas, junto ao fornecedor responsável pelo cálculo;
Desenvolvimento de modelos para resolver problemas de negócio e/ou processos;
Conhecimento aprofundado e capacidade de utilização de fontes secundárias de dados de mercado;
Garantir a qualidade e integração dos dados, além da consistência dos relatórios publicados;
Manter boas relações com prestadores de serviços externos para maximizar a rentabilidade das soluções adquiridas.

Requisitos:

Experiência em IM e SFE, obrigatoriamente na indústria farmacêutica;
Excel avançado e conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM;
Familiaridade com auditorias de mercado (MDTR, DDD, PMB/FMB etc.);
Conhecimento em SQL e/ou Power BI;
Inglês intermediário;
Perfil analítico, proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
