Especialista de Operación y Servicio en Beneficios
Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse al equipo de Beneficios de Marsh. Esta posición estará basada en CDMX, México. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere visitas a oficinas de clientes de lunes a jueves, de acuerdo con las necesidades de la operación. En este rol brindarás atención y seguimiento a empleados.
Contaremos contigo para:
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes a través de correo electrónico, llamadas y mensajes telefónicos.
- Brindar asesoría en trámites de reembolsos y movimientos de pólizas.
- Guiar a los usuarios en la gestión y trámite de pólizas.
- Revisar documentos y mantener un control ordenado de la información.
- Utilizar portales de aseguradoras para dar seguimiento a los casos asignados.
- Dar seguimiento a casos ingresados y críticos, asegurando atención oportuna.
- Mantener contacto con el equipo de RH de los clientes para la gestión de empleados y requerimientos relacionados.
- Brindar atención y servicio al cliente con enfoque 24/7.

Lo que necesitas tener:
- Licenciatura trunca o concluida en cualquier área.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Beneficios, Vida o GMM.
- Excel intermedio, con manejo de cruces, tablas dinámicas y bases de datos.
- PowerPoint intermedio, para elaboración de presentaciones y comunicados.
- Inglés básico.
