Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operación y Servicio en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Ciudad de Mexico. Es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Como Especialista de Operación y Servicio GMM y Vida, serás responsable de brindar atención personalizada a los colaboradores de nuestros clientes, gestionando trámites relacionados con seguros de Gastos Médicos Mayores, Menores y Vida. Garantizarás el procesamiento oportuno y preciso de documentación, así como el seguimiento puntual de solicitudes, movimientos y siniestros.

Contaremos contigo para:

Visitar las oficinas del cliente.(disponibilidad sujeta a demanda del cliente -No mas de 3 semanales)
Garantizar el procesamiento oportuno y preciso de documentos e información relacionada con pólizas y siniestros.
Fortalecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, ofreciendo una atención personalizada y de calidad.
Brindar asesoría y acompañamiento a los colaboradores respecto al uso de sus pólizas de GMM y Vida.
Gestionar trámites de reembolso, programaciones, pagos directos y aclaraciones de siniestros.
Apoyar y dar seguimiento a casos de urgencias médicas, resolviendo dudas y facilitando la atención requerida.
Gestionar movimientos de pólizas, incluyendo altas, bajas, correcciones, cancelaciones y renovaciones.
Dar seguimiento puntual a solicitudes y requerimientos a través de correo electrónico y buzones de atención.
Analizar y revisar pólizas de los colaboradores del cliente.

Lo que necesitas tener:

Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico-administrativas o afines (preferentemente no Derecho).
Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en el ramo de seguros, especialmente en Beneficios, Gastos Médicos Mayores, Menores y Vida.
Experiencia en atención y servicio al cliente.
Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office.
Experiencia en gestión de reembolsos, programaciones y movimientos de pólizas.
